Full conference registration includes:

      • Wednesday lunch, sessions and Welcome Cocktails and Dinner
      • Thursday breakfast, field trip, lunch, Community Service Project, celebratory cocktails, dinner and stargazing
      • Friday breakfast, sessions, and closing lunch

Guest attendee fee (guest staying in same room) includes social functions, events and group meals. NOTE:  Hotel reservations are NOT included in conference registration and must be made directly with the hotel at the Hotel tab above to get the conference group rate.

Conference Registration Details

$695 – ART Member Full Conference
$475 – Guest staying in same room (Resource & Associate Members)
$475 – Retail or Interior Designer Full Conference (ART Member or Non-Member)
$800 – Non-Member Full Conference
$700 – Guest staying in same room

Conference Registration Cancellation Policy

Full refund of conference fee will be given if cancellation is received 30 days prior to arrival (April 14, 2026); 50% refund two weeks prior to arrival (April 29, 2026) and no refund for cancellation within two weeks of arrival. Hotel reservations should be cancelled separately.
