Every room registration requires a separate form. Guest staying in the same room with an attendee may be registered with primary attendee. Completed form must be received by July 11, 2008 to guarantee room.
Charleston Place will hold our block of rooms ONLY until we have filled all rooms, or July 18 when we will have to release remaining unsold rooms. After this date OR whenever our room block is filled, rooms will be on a first come first serve basis subject to availability and the current prevailing room rate. We encourage you to reserve your room EARLY.

REGISTRANT INFORMATION
CONFERENCE REGISTRATION / TYPE REGISTRATION
Early Bird Discount of $100 off is available for the first 15 ART member full conference registrations received. If you qualify, your discount will be reflected on your acknowledgement and your receipt.
Deposit required - Full conference registration includes conference program, speakers & panels, networking, Thursday welcome dinner; Friday-breakfast, lunch, dinner and evening event; Saturday-breakfast, lunch and evening dinner event; Sunday-breakfast. Guest registration includes stay in the same room and all scheduled group dining and social functions.
HOTEL RESERVATIONS
Please register separately for each room reserved. This form is for one room registration only. (upgrades & suites are available upon request at an additional charge)
Our hotel rate is $189 per room nightly & payable directly to the hotel upon departure. Hotel reservations will be taken by ART with a credit card guarantee upon registration for the conference. Our hotel room block must be released by July 18 and the reservations are on a first come first serve basis after that date OR whenever our room block is filled and subject to availability and the current prevailing room rate.
You will be charged one night BY the hotel in advance of your arrival.
Optional arrival date is Wednesday, August 20. Conference arrival is Thursday, August 21 and departure is Sunday, August 24. The hotel will extend the same rate to conference guests for 3 days before and after the conference upon request.

OPTIONAL ACTIVITIES
GOLF ACTIVITY - Optional Golf Activity - This activity has been planned for your pleasure and is not covered by your registration fee; however the course requires payment in advance. These charges are IN ADDITION to your normal registration fee and will be charged to the credit card listed above unless otherwise instructed.
Patriots Point: $86 per player includes green fees and cart - payable in advance with this registration
Cancellation Policy
Full refund of Conference deposit will be given if cancellation is received by July 11, 2008; 50% refund of deposit two weeks prior to arrival (8/7/08) and no refund for cancellation within two weeks of arrival. The hotel cancellation policy is 72 hours prior to arrival - cancellations within 72 hrs of arrival will forfeit one nights deposit. NOTE: Room cancellations MUST be made through ART - not Charleston Place, to avoid a no-show charge.
