AND THE WINNERS ARE........   23rd ARTS Awards Finalists View the 23rd ARTS Awards Judging Process   Press Announcement THE PROCESS: The ARTS Awards process takes almost a full year. A panel of judges is selected in February.  A call for nominations runs from March through June each year.  Ballots are made available on-line only and can be accessed through this website and the Dallas Market Center website.  This is NOT a self-nominating program.  Manufacturers, sales representatives and other industry professionals nominate retailers.  Retailers and other industry professionals nominate decorative accessory manufacturers, product designers and sales representatives.  Nominees and finalists are not required to exhibit in Dallas or belong to ART.  Finalists are announced in August.  Finalists' entries are due shortly before judging takes place in November at the Dallas Market Center.

Winners are announced in January at a gala affair Saturday evening during the Dallas Market - this year, Saturday, January 21, 2012.  Elegant and larger than life, many compare the event with the Academy Awards, the winners are kept in suspense until that special evening.    NEW VENUE:   The 23rd gala will be held at the Hilton Anatole Ballroom.
