Every room registration requires a separate form. Guest staying in the same room with an attendee may be registered with primary attendee. Completed form must be received by April 30, 2010 to guarantee room.

The Westin will hold our block of rooms ONLY until we have filled all rooms, or April 30 when we will have to release remaining unsold rooms. After this date OR whenever our room block is filled, rooms will be on a first come first serve basis subject to availability.

HOTEL RESERVATIONS  - ART Conference kicks off at 1 PM on Thursday, May 20 and concludes at 10 AM on Sunday, May 23.  Please make your transportation arrangements to arrive by 1 PM on 5/20/10. 

Please register separately for each room reserved. This form is for one room registration only. (upgrades & suites are available upon request at an additional charge)

Hotel reservations will be taken by ART with a credit card guarantee upon registration for the conference.   Our hotel rate is $149 sgl/dbl occupancy per room nightly & payable directly to the hotel upon departure. Our hotel room block must be released by April 30 and the reservations are on a first come first serve basis after that date OR whenever our room block is filled and subject to availability.

You will be charged one night BY the hotel in advance of your arrival.

Conference arrival is Thursday, May 20 and departure is Sunday, May 23. The hotel will extend the same rate to conference guests for 3 days before and after the conference upon request.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund of Conference deposit will be given if cancellation is received by April 19, 2010; 50% refund of deposit two weeks prior to arrival (May 6, 2010) and no refund for cancellation within two weeks of arrival. The hotel cancellation policy is seven (7) days prior to arrival - cancellations within 7 days of arrival will forfeit one nights deposit.  An early departure fee equal to one night room and tax for any guest that fails to inform the hotel of a change in departure date and/or length of stay at the time of check in .   NOTE: Room cancellations MUST be made through ART - not The Westin Mission Hills, to avoid a no-show charge.
